Great news regarding jet2, Still nothing from EasyJet, they seemed to have launched a few routes today from around the UK

Is it 4 routes we have lost since Wizz moved here from Donny? Did we not have Wroclaw, Katowice Krakow and Gdansk? Really disappointing that we have not got any off there back even if they have poorly aircraft Be interesting what the airport think about this

Be nice if we had a few of the previously operated routes back, hopefully this will happen eventually

I think everyone on this forum will be disappointed with the Wizz offering but like it’s been said before they have aircraft with dodgy engines so a good chunk of the fleet will be grounded, I think if we have not got more routes or better frequencies in 12 months time that’s when we should be...

I assume the airport will have more details on the reductions and if they have been told the routes will return in the future

Good news, so I guess all the wizz routes are selling well and that they are been flexible to deal with the issues, but ultimately the airport needs to be pushing the council to sort this mess out if this is the reason for the diverts
