On second thoughts, there's plenty of space for two full-size stands at 4/5 if you merge 6 as well, and with some shuffling of the Apron road and inter-stand clearways. Ideas below.

I think a better idea than reactivating stand 3 would be to move the fire station to Multiflight, as rumours have suggested may happen, and reconfigure stand 1 to accept larger aircraft. 4 and 5 should merge.
