Wow great news, BUD is underserved in my opinion and doesn't Jet2 stop it for Summer? smart move.
TIA & BRI great additions, TIA seems to be a fast growing new destination.
CFU and easy sell good for competition.
If anyone with a aviation mindset / brain cell on that support page would be highlighting that airlines retreating operations / posting loses / post warnings (not just ones that operate at LBA) should scream how badly the industry is doing at the moment due to high costs and fuel prices. not the...
Its not that much of trek really though is it. In comparison to other airports, you can be walking 20-30 minute to get to a gate, from anywhere. Airport expanding, longer walks, who would of thought. Cant please everyone.
The admin of that page a leaves something to be desired. Nothing more then posting a lot of BS, for clout and likes, similar to Chadwick of DSA. Thrive off the like.
the fact the reach of that page is massive and theyre not encourageing people to support LBA is beyond belief.
I have had 4...
Not true, Jet2 do not reserve any seats back for Holiday only customers. They did trial Holiday only flights, look how that turned out.
Jet2 are greedy, I always look to book within 4-8 week window, the prices, seem to drop dramatically.
Very contradicting from easyJet focusing on the wider network, when announcing GVA-NQY.. right ok.
TheDSA rumour is laughable, why would they bin S27 off at LBA if they was (massive was) to set up shop at DSA earliest S28 (more like W28 but who would set up a base then)?
They tried DSA once...

Oh and to add to the list, European Air Cargo have gone bust & Eastern.. no doubt these 2 could easily of been persuaded in ££..
Can somebody have a word with Ros and co.. let’s recap what’s going on with the airlines at the moment:
Norse for sale - doesn’t look great for them
Wizz - reported losses for this quarter
LoganAir - shutting SOU, domestic flying reduced
EasyJet - sold to an American asset firm..
Jet2 &...
easyJet have been sold to Apollo a US investment company, maybe this is what everyone is referring to. Not sure how positive this is for easyJet I haven't read much positive comments regarding it
Fair points, was more thinking oil and gas. SOU perhaps some cruise pax demand but I don't see the demand for x2 daily that Blue Island did plan.
Agree again on NQY & LHR.
IOM long weekend trips / weekly trips, perhaps ADHOC for the TT. but yes overal I would say the domestic market is very...
Looks like Loganair are closing the recently new SOU base, with MAN getting the axe.
My thoughts are I highly doubt the Blue Island x2 daily would of preformed to expectations. I feel the UK domestic market is ever shrinking and hard to make any money.
The only realistic new routes I see from...
