I had high expectations for this American Airlines long-haul flight… but what followed was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Join me as I fly from Dallas Fort Worth to São Paulo onboard the Boeing 787-9 in economy, putting American Airlines’ long-haul product to the test. From poor food (including a moment that quite literally burned my fingers), to uncomfortable seating, inconsistent and at times rude service, and no functioning Wi-Fi, this is a flight that really missed the mark.

I've not heard anything positive about American Airlines recently. The food looked pretty shocking if I'm honest but at least you got there safely which is the main thing.
