And now the back to the nicer times! It is that time of year though where airlines will adjust timetables continuously. I had an email the other day about an FR flight mid November with a time change 😵‍💫

Short lived - times have reverted back to generally the late evening departure 😵‍💫

I have no knowledge of the matter, however I would make an assumption that the airport has paid for them with agreement from FR - they did the very same when the Flybe machines were installed some years back. A great addition for CWL nonetheless!

British Airways B789 GZBDK is apparently coming into CWL shortly It managed to escape LHR during this outage, bound for PVG, however experienced a cracked windscreen over Romania - and now returning the UK VS26 from JFK just about to land too (19:20) B789 G-VZIG

With the NATS outage taking its toll on major airports across the UK and Ireland, and with no apparent resolution until circa 9pm, I expect CWL may see some diverts this afternoon / evening 👀

Nope. It appears to be a general schedule change for Mondays. Fridays were always the morning rotation and it seems to have been introduced to other days too now 🍀

Monday my particular flight is on, winter sched too

Had an email recently with a flight schedule change on my flight to BHD. The original 12:00 departure has changed to 09:00 - great for the business traveller wanting to get to Cardiff for the day, of course without the obvious way to return home other than an overnight stay. Wonder if this is...

Overhead storm currently (c14:00) causing some flights to hold for some length of time with some choosing to divert. Guess the seasons are well and truly changing! ⛈️

Just look at that posters historic posts, nothing but doom and gloom from them all re: CWL! Pinch of salt job again. That site is toxic at the best of times…
