Use this prefix for new threads for Birmingham Airport
Because the previous masterplan envisaged (new) stands in the area where the car hire is currently. That necessity wont change - BHX desperately needs more stands. So the new masterplan will look the same in this regard. I suspect more stuff will move over to the Elmdon side
