[juliet-fox-9]

10th July BHX-DOH starts with Qatar.

According to Sean it’s 1x daily with morning arrivals on Tue/Thu/Sat and lunchtime arrivals on the other days.

Edit: now showing on the website, all flights that I found show the 787-8.

Awesome news 😀

[A330]

Great to see Qatar return on a daily schedule and just 9 days after the A380 returns.

Am I right in thinking when they first started BHX in 2016, it was a few days either side of the lunchtime Emirates switching to an A380?

There must be something about the Emirates A380 that sends QR to BHX... 😂

[Seasider]

Probably tells them that if Emirates can fill an A380, they should be able to fill a B787.

They will use the A350-900 when needed

Probably follows in the a380 slipstream so uses much less fuel 😉

The schedule and timings sound identical to their previous one, as i recall.

Great news for BHX. Just need Saudia to confirm now!

Their like a 60% confirm However with no dates confirmed means not anytime soon

Interestingly there are no A350s showing on any of their UK flts from BHX,MAN,EDI,LGW or LHR this summer on their schedules.
May be down to the rolling programme of fixing the issues on their A350s with the tail paint flaking.

[Ray Finkle]

Great to see their return finally confirmed.

I'll take a daily 787, hopefully there should be scope to grow in the future. If it does well that is.

Lets hope that's not the only good news that we hear 🙂

does that mean Ray you are expecting some more news very shortly?

[Ianbutty]

Great to see airlines coming back. Proof that the city region can generate a market. Well done to the team at BHX.

I'm hopeful that we'll see more growth over the next few weeks.

As ever though, rumours are just that and nothing is confirmed until it's confirmed.

[Scania1800]

Just to make sure, both service of Qatar will operate to BHX, meaning a daily 787 coming to BHX
QR33/34
QR35/36

Sorry, still no clearer to me. Where is my Rubics cube?

Three are morning arrivals, 4 are lunch arrivals to make 7 flts a week. The different flt numbers are for the earlier and later flts..

[JENNYJET]

So that means one flight daily?

Correctamundo 👍
