Monthly passengers:
July 2009 – 525,986
July 2019 – 518,253
Differences between figures is due to a variance between the CAA data files.

As we know the CAA are getting later and later with the monthly data files, but here at last (I know you've been waiting with anticipation and baited-breath) is my analysis!!

Whilst the CAA has released the first set of data for October the figures for Liverpool are not included. The next update is due sometime on, or after, 2nd December.

Do we know if this was an increase/decrease on the previous year?

I think, but not 100 percent sure its 1% down. Which isn't too bad considering. From what I've read here and there, should still be 5M as year total, even with some route losses.

The CAA have now got around to publishing October's statistics and so here is my monthly review.

Heads Up!

Flying is the second greatest thrill known to man.... Landing is the first!
i must be a lunatic. Friday 25th Sept will see me doing a daytrip that involves me leaving my flat in Manchester at 1am and not getting back home until after midnight. All because I'm doing a Loch Ness and Scottish Highlands trip.... out of Glasgow
For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
