Are the extra flights usually associated with football matches?
I was just wondering the same thing, and as I dont follow footy, I dont know. I think it must be a contributing factor, however Dublin ( and transfer traffic ) has grown a lot from Liverpool Airport
Another possible connection from Liverpool via Aer Lingus from January 26,.in the form of Cancun via Dublin, a new EI route.
