What I’ve seen on Social Media this morning, with the exception of two comments it’s pretty clear the general feeling is of support for LBA

As we move into the “heavy lifting” phase of our terminal regeneration at Leeds Bradford Airport there’s plenty to look forward to in 2026.
The year ahead will see delivery of a new security hall, new World Duty Free - WDF and Starbucks units together with a new Monty’s Diner, as we continue to reshape the passenger experience ahead of completion in 2027.

Furthermore, hopefully the LBA Monty's Diner at LBA is better received than the one operating at LPL!
Unfortunately had the delight of dining there in October and it was terrible, from food to staff.

It's not a criticism of LBA, it's a criticism of Monty's Diner at LPL.
Reminds me of the mindset of some of my fellow Bradford City fans

It will be a franchise and even if its the same group at LBA it will be run by different people.
You must be referring to Wheatley who is shite by the way!
But the poor quality food and sauces etc come from the same source.

Franchises should still show consistency so it will be interesting to see how LBA does compare to LPL

Isn’t it just an SSP operation, with Monty’s Diner name just to give a sense of a brand. SSP are worldwide operators so should deliver to a service level agreed with LBA, but as with most UK airport hospitality it will be minimal wage for staff. Food on the menu will be churn it out quick and cheap - which may suit some passengers going through LBA.
