Subject: Update: Moving from hashtags to our new tagging system
I am writing to let you know that we have retired the hashtag system on the forum. Unfortunately, we encountered persistent bugs that made the system unreliable, so we have replaced it with a much more robust tagging feature.
How to use it: For members with the appropriate permissions, you can now add tags directly to your threads. Once you have opened a thread, look for the luggage tag icon located just underneath the thread title. Clicking this will allow you to add relevant tags to help others find your content.
